अनलॉक-3 में भी बंद रह सकते हैं स्कूल और मेट्रो
कोरोना लॉकडाउन के बढ़ते संक्रमण को देखते हुए पूरे देश में मार्च में लॉकडाउन लगाया गया था। लॉकडाउन के चार फेज के बाद अनलॉक की प्रकिया शुरू हुई। एक अगस्त से देश अनलॉक-3 में प्रवेश कर सकता है। इसको लेकर सरकार के स्तर पर बातचीत जारी है। इस बात के कयास लगाए जा रहे थे कि अनलॉक-3 में स्कूलों को खोलने की इजाज़त मिल सकती है, लेकिन केंद्र सरकार ने अंतिम क्षण में अपना इरादा बदल लिया है। इस विषय पर हुई बातचीत में शामिल एक अधिकारी ने यह जानकारी दी है।
नाम नहीं उजागर होने की शर्त पर अधिकारी ने कहा कि स्कूल के अलावा मेट्रो सेवा को भी अभी शुरू करने की इजाज़त नहीं मिल सकती है। साथ ही साथ जिम और स्विमिंग पुल के मालिकों को भी अभी इंतजार करना पड़ सकता है।
68 दिनों तक चलने वाले लॉकडाउन 31 मई को खत्म हुआ था। इसके बाद देश में जून और जुलाई में अनलॉक-1 और अनलॉक-2 की अधिसूचना जारी की गई। लॉकडाउन में ठप हो चुकी अर्थव्यवस्था को पटरी पर लाने के लिए अनलॉक के दोनों चरणों में कई सेवाओं पर से बंदिशें हटाई गईं।
बीते सोमवार को केंद्रीय मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय ने राज्यों से स्कूलों को खलने के लिए मशविरा किया। स्कूली शिक्षा की सचिव अनित कारवाल ने राज्यों के शिक्षा सचिव के साथ बैठक की। इस दौरान उनसे छात्रों के स्वास्थ्य और सुरक्षा के साथ-साथ स्कूलों में सफाई व्यवस्था के मुद्दे पर बातचीत हुई थी।
जून में केंद्रीय मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्री रमेश पोखरियाल ‘निशंक’ ने कहा था कि स्कूलों को फिर से खोलने के लिए बच्चों के अभिभावकों से उनकी राय मांगी जाएगी, जिसे केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय और केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय को भेजा जाएगा। अभिभावकों के सबातचीत के बाद मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय ने अभिभावकों से बातचीत के बाद संबंधित विभागों को इस बात से अवगत करा दिया है कि अधिकांश अभिभावक अभी भी स्कूल खोलने के पक्ष में नहीं हैं। अधिकारी ने बताया, ‘मंत्रालय ने कहा कि अधिकांश अभिभावकों का कहना है कि वैक्सीन विकसित होने के बाद ही स्कूलों को खोलने की इजाजत दी जाए।’
