सीजीएसटी निरीक्षकों ने कई वर्षों से प्रमोशन न किये जाने के विरोध में काली पट्टी बांध कर किया प्रदर्शन
लखनऊ। सीजीएसटी निरीक्षकों द्वारा विगत कई वर्षों से प्रमोशन न किए जाने के विरोध में सोमवार को पूरे प्रदेश के कई सीजीएसटी के कार्यालयों के सम्मुख काली पट्टी बांध कर प्रदर्शन किया।
प्रदर्शन आठ जनवरी से शुरू होकर पूरे महीने चलेगा। केंद्रीय जीएसटी के अखिल भारतीय निरीक्षक संघ के पदाधिकारियों को कहना है कि यह प्रदर्शन प्रमोशन की समस्या के समाधान के बाद ही खत्म किया जाएगा।
ज्ञात हो कि प्रदर्शन को केंद्रीय जीएसटी के अखिल भारतीय निरीक्षक संघ द्वारा आहूत किया गया था। प्रदर्शन को अखिल भारतीय सीजीएसटी अधीक्षक संघ ने समर्थन दिया है।
निरीक्षक संघ से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार केंद्रीय जीएसटी विभाग में 2017 के बाद से कोई भी प्रमोशन नहीं किया गया है। इससे सभी वर्गों के कर्मचारियों में भारी असंतोष है। संगठन द्वारा कई बार इस बारे में विभाग से पत्राचार किया गया। कोई भी कार्यवाही विभाग द्वारा न किये जाने से आहत कर्मचारियों ने अपने हाथ में काली पट्टी बांधकर आंदोलन शुरू कर दिया है।
संघ से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार केंद्रीय जीएसटी विभाग के उत्तराखंड और उत्तर प्रदेश में तैनात निरीक्षक से अधिक्षक पद पर पदोन्नति का कार्य प्रधान मुख्य आयुक्त के कार्यालय लखनऊ से देखा जाता है।
इस समय विभाग में लगभग 500 अधीक्षक के पद की रिक्त हैं। प्रधान मुख्य आयुक्त के कार्यालय लखनऊ द्वारा वर्ष 2017 से कोई भी निरीक्षक से अधिक्षक पद पर पदोन्नति का आदेश नहीं निकाला गया। उत्तराखंड और उत्तर प्रदेश जोन में 15-20 वर्ष की सेवा के बाद भी निरीक्षक से अधिक्षक पद पर पदोन्नति नहीं हो पायी है। देश के अन्य राज्यों में 6 साल के सेवा के बाद भी निरीक्षक से अधिक्षक पद पर पदोन्नति हो चुकी है। इस कारण उत्तराखंड और उत्तर प्रदेश में तैनात निरीक्षक में व्यापक असंतोष है। केंद्र सरकार ने अपने सभी विभागो को रिक्त पदों को भरने के निर्देश दिए है परंतु प्रधान मुख्य आयुक्त के कार्यालय लखनऊ द्वारा इसका भी पालन नही किया जा रहा है।
केंद्रीय निरीक्षक संगठन मेरठ जोनल ने अपना असंतोष व्यक्त करते हुए विभाग के अध्यक्ष, मुख्य आयुक्त, मेरठ, प्रधान मुख्य आयुक्त, लखनऊ और अन्य को ज्ञापन दिया है।
समस्या का समाधान न होने पर
- 8 से 12 जनवरी तक काली पट्टी पहनकर प्रदर्शन
- 15 से 19 जनवरी तक दोपहर के भोजन के समय में प्रदर्शन
- 20 जनवरी से 5 दिन तक भूख हड़ताल
- 28 जनवरी से कार्य बहिष्कार करने का घोषणा की है।
